no blood thinners (ibuprofen, advil, asprin, etc.), fish oil, prenatal or multivitamins, or hair/skin/nail supplements
it is not mandatory, but we do suggest you use sensodyne toothpaste for one week prior to your appointment if you consider yourself to have sensitive teeth. although led teeth whitening is generally sensitivity free, using sensodyne instead of whitening toothpaste for one week prior to your appointment will prevent those with sensitive teeth from experiencing sensitivity! (we like to be extra safe!)
coming to your teeth whitening appointment with clean teeth will help the teeth whitening process, giving you better, whiter results.
after your session concludes, the whitening process still continues to develop for up to 48 hours post treatment! during this time your teeth are very susceptible to getting stained. therefor, we recommend avoiding dark foods and beverages just as red pasta sauces, coffee, and wine for 48 hours after your appointment. foods that are safe to eat during this period are light foods such as light, non citrus fruits, breads, and light meats.
